so long summer

We woke Sunday to a most chilly day! Brr Shiver it was 57* and raining! I know many are hankering for fall days - full of sweaters, plaid, pumpkins and sitting by the fire. But, sorry friends not this Momma... Nope! The weather in the Northeast means we usually have about five nice (warn to hot) months a year. So I hope you'll understand - I'm not in a rush to say so long summer.

I chose images from our time at the Swim Club to keep feeling summer - like! Enjoy!

The weather this summer was tough - lots of rainy days - but, if it was hot - we went and sometimes it was almost like our own private pool.

I love this Image.

The sun low in the sky at the end of the day -  when the hardest decision all day was which Ice Cream to choose from the snack bar! Aah summertime I love you! I'm hopeful today may hit 80* and the weather fingers crossed might hang around for at least the week! Yay!

Canada Street in the Village of Lake George has great shopping and dining. How stunning is the Old Courthouse that's been repurposed as an Art Gallery.

You all know how much I love Libraries. This building is no exception! It's charming and look behind you see the Lake! Lovely...

Old fashioned Ice Cream with a few sugary Lego bricks and gummy worms!  What could be better!

After a pit stop for Ice Cream and our Hotel to drop off packages. We took the mile walk down Beach Road by the Lake to one of the best Mini Golf experiences I have ever had. Around the World Mini Golf was so fun! We chose to do the Around the USA course. Here's Liam at the hole for the state of Maine.

The Roulette was Nevada, the lovely water feature and you actually went down steps into the last hole which was the New York Subway. I really can't tell you how fun it was and the holes were doable. with the exception of Texas - it was up hill!
